Overview

Video/Screensharing support lets us work together face-to-face and screen-to-screen. You'll join a video call where you can show your screen, follow along, and get step-by-step help as if I were right there with you. It’s perfect for more complex setups or visual learners who want a more hands-on experience—without leaving home.

Is this for me?

Ideal for users who prefer a visual walkthrough or need help with something on-screen. We’ll connect over a secure video call, and you’ll be able to share your screen so I can see exactly what you’re seeing—making it easier to guide you in real time.

If this doesn’t quite fit your needs, we recommend starting with In-Office or In-Home Support for a more hands-on experience.
