What kinds of devices do you help with?

We primarily work with Apple devices—like iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and Macs—as well as Windows 10 and 11 PCs. But it doesn’t stop there! Whether it’s a smart TV, a screen-equipped fridge, or another connected device, we’re here to help you make the most of your tech.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to book a session?

Not at all! Whether you’re brand new to technology or just need a refresher, we teach at your pace with zero judgment.

Where do the sessions take place?

We offer in-person sessions in Downtown Sarasota, FL, or in your home and virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or FaceTime—whichever works best for you.

Can I have someone else join our session?

At this time, sessions are designed specifically around your individual needs and questions, so they’re meant to be one-on-one. Group sessions will be available in the future, with dedicated time for shared learning and additional questions.
